Ranji is a technology industry veteran with a thirty-year trackrecord at the vanguard of many technological evolutions.  Past accomplishments include pioneeringindustry firsts in litigation support imaging, collaborative litigation support,collaborative matter management, and was the designer of one of the legalindustry’s first public-cloud workflow systems for electronic invoicing (now partof Wolters Kluwer ELM).  

Ranji’s long tenure in the technology industry spans CEO andC-level executive experience in startups, early stage, and Global 1000companies across both domestic and international markets. He counts amongstpast clients thousands of law firms (including virtually all of the AmLaw 200)and over one hundred multi-national corporations and booth state and governmentagencies. Other past accomplishments include M&A experience not only withprofitable startup exits, but also as a senior member of the BusinessDevelopment team while he was VP Strategy at Wolters Kluwer ELM with duediligence and sourcing responsibilities. Ranji is a graduate of the Universityof Western Ontario (Canada) with a B.Sc. in Computer Science.  When he’s not doing “the tech thing”, he’sprobably watching, playing, or coaching soccer.
